Zendesk Email Verification Integration

Verify the email addresses of Zendesk users with NeverBounce

Learn whether the email addresses associated with your Zendesk users are valid with NeverBounce. When a new user is created in your Zendesk account, NeverBounce verifies whether the email address associated with the contact is valid. Once a result code — valid, invalid, disposable, catch-all, unknown — is returned for the email address, the existing contact is updated with a tag containing the result code in your Zendesk account.

How this Zendesk-NeverBounce integration works

1. Add a user on Zendesk account
2. Zapier sends the email to be verified with NeverBounce
3. Zapier updates the Zendesk user and makes the tags field the previous tag from step 1, followed by a comma, then the NeverBounce result code
