We love software, but sometimes the human touch goes the longest way. If we identify anything out of the ordinary within your list, a member of our deliverability team will manually review your list at no additional cost. While this affects only a small percentage of lists, our quality assurance process is a key feature to ensure the highest accuracy of your results.
Why is my list being reviewed?
Have no fear! Your list just has a few more unknown emails than normal. All data sets are quite different, and some lists produce a higher level of unknown results. Our system automatically detects these nuances and requests a Quality Assurance Review by a member of our deliverability team. Once received, we work to decrease the amount of unknown responses and increase the overall accuracy of your data. We aren’t the leader in accuracy by accident!
How long will this process take?
The review process typically takes between 10 minutes and 2 hours during normal business hours, M-F 9AM-6PM EST. We do handle reviews outside of normal business hours, however we are unable to guarantee a specific timeframe. If your list is needed urgently, please consider cancelling the review to download your list immediately (This is normally OK and we are happy to review later).
What if I cancel the review?
Although we do not recommend cancelling this process, we certainly understand deadlines. You are able to stop the review process and download the results as is, at any time. Should you decide to cancel the review, we are happy to rerun your list of unknown result codes free of charge, at a later time; just let us know!
How will I know when my list has completed?
When the review process has completed, you will be notified via email. You may then download your list as normal from within your personal dashboard.
