Changing Your Email Address

To change the email address associated with your NeverBounce account, log in and navigate to “Settings” under the “Account” dropdown list. In the “Your Profile” section, you’ll find your current email and a link to “Change Email.” Click the link and follow the instructions.

Setting Up Email Preferences

From the “Settings” page within the user dashboard, navigate to the “Email Preferences” section. You’ll be able to change whether you would like to receive list processing updates, receipt emails, and low credit balance notifications. From here, you’ll also be able to change which email address receives email notifications. 

Security Settings

From the “Settings” page within the user dashboard, navigate to the “Security Settings” section. From here users can adjust trusted devices and two-factor authentication settings. To learn more about 2FA, click here.

Changing Your Password

From the “Settings” page within the user dashboard, navigate to the “Change Password” section. Follow the instructions on the page to update your NeverBounce account password.

Team Settings

From the “Settings” page within the user dashboard, navigate to the “Team Settings” section. To learn more about Team Settings, visit the Team Accounts help document.

Billing Settings
